2.2 SLA & Deliverable Verification

Deliverable timelines specified in individual service modules (e.g., 24h to 5-day SLAs) begin upon receipt of complete client briefing documents.

2. Active Production Phase: Once draft concepts or vector previews are rendered, partial refunds up to 50% are issued based on engineering hours elapsed.
3. Final Delivery Phase: Completed graphic packages delivered via secure portal are non-refundable.
